need help (soundsystem 12 Speakers)

hello there octy fans :) I have one octy II whit soundsystem 12 speakers, but lately Im having problems on it :( the speakers are making a strange sound when I put the volume not too high (volume on 15) It feel`s like that the sound hit`s on the plastic of the doors making a stupid noise :( I have the bass level set to zero but it continues to do it on both front doors :( does anyone has or had this problem?(anyone whit soundsystem)
what should I do? the dealer says that is normal and it dependes on the type of music...but! it makes that whit any type of sound

oh and also when I go about 120klm per hour I hear a lot of wind noise coming from the front mirrows is that normal?

This is NOT normal. With all types of music it should be possible to use levels more than 20 without problems noises.

Before I replaced my front speaker (and removed the Audience ) I was able to use a level of more then 25 without distortions or noises.

Put the loudness off and set the midtone and bass on -2

Dezent I´ve done already... it helps a jut a little bit maybe on bass -4 but that´s not a solution, if I paid for an extra then it most work!!!

There you're right. Maybe you should visit another dealer and ask him for a solution.
