Sehr schlechter Radioempfang mit Radio Stream

Also ist es mal wieder ein Standardschreiben, denn dieses habe ich auch bekommen Ich hab morgen beim RA einen Termin, nicht zuletzt wegen dem Radio. Es sind da noch so 3-4 Sachen die man sich, denk ich, nicht gefallen lassen muss. So ein schönes Auto, aber nochmal würde ich es nicht kaufen !

Das Gewährleistungsrecht ist IMHO europaweit gleich, auf jeden Fall hast Du in D das Recht zur Wandlung oder Wertminderung nach dem 3 Versuch.
Du kannst sogar nach DEINER Wahl beim ersten Mal schon auf einer Wandlung bestehen! Nur gibt es leider >fast< kein mangelfreies STREAM oder AUDIENCE!
Am "einfachsten" Deinen Freundlichen etwas in die Zange nehmen, dass er Dir das Radio tauscht >ggf. gegen ein Blaupunkt o.ä., bei dem über einen entsprechenden CAN-Adapter auch die LFB funzt. SAD lässt sich auf nichts ein (liest Du ja im Forum). Das Problem (des Freundlichen ), solange SAD dem nicht zustimmt, bleibt er auf den Kosten sitzen. Deshalb wird er auch versuchen Dich hinzuhalten unter Verweis auf SAD. Ganz nebenbei: Das ist NICHT rechtens! Leider bleibt Dir dann nur der juristische Weg. Und der ist seeehr laaaaang und steinig........

Habe heute Post von SAD, zwecks Stream-Problem. Soll mich vertrauensvoll an meinen Händler wenden, der spielt ein Up-Date auf. Also nichts Neues. Werde es erstmal machen und dann mal sehen.

Habe mein update seit gestern drauf .... wenn ich ganz ehrlich bin hat sich da aber auh rein garnichts getan. Knacksen, sprünge schlechter Empfang ... alles wie bisher.

Und welche Version habt ihr jetzt eingespielt bekommen? Die Version kann man nur sehen, wenn man das Radio ausbaut, oder wie war das?

Hello, Haugaard calling from denmark.

Her is my story, got my O2 (TDI) 3 weeks ago. It's a demo car 6 month old and 5000k on the tacho.

In denmark the Stream radio is not standard due to the registration tax.
So you have to buy the radio seperatly. (4000 D.kr.)

Okay the radio was mounted in my car because it was a demo car, but i still got to pay for exstra it.

After a few days i noted the problem with the radio and contacted the dealer. He would check on it and booked a time for my car this friday.
In the meantime he talked to Skoda DK about the problem. They return with the answer, that they have never heard of a problem like this before ?

On friday when i parked the car by the dealer, he showed me a "service note" just arrived by mail to all dealers i DK.

It sayd that there had been a few cars with Stream radio problems. But the problem was not related to the radio, it was geografical or electic disorder (from cell phones etc.) that disrupted the radio. And the dealers where not to change the radio to a new one.

Thats great, they will not accept that theres a failure in the radio.

I found all pages (in this forum) about the problem and printed them out. Now the dealer have them and will send them to Skoda DK. So they can see that they are on loose ground.

It is aparently a bigger problem for Skoda, and they don't know what to do about it.

PS is the Stream radio standard in German O2's ?

yes its a part of the equipment
but only in the equipment art of elegance and ambiente, in the standart form of classic it issn´t standard!!!!

If you're looking in this thread you will find postings from "idy". He is also from denmark and had the same problem.
You are not alone........
His dealer retracted the radio and gave him the money back for an other radio.
He bought an RCD 300 from VW.

Okay looks like others in DK have the problem.

And there's no problems with the radio from VW ?

Any other radio that fit's in the O2 ?

What about "backlite" in radio (VW blue) (O2 green)

For the moment a have a debat with Skoda DK and my mechanic about what to do next
