i dont think there will be much difference between your powerbox and a chip. it is possible to make the chip switchable. i dont have any idea where in trondheim or next to it, could be a chiptuner.. sorry.

It's a problem if you have too much torque and no (electronic) way to manage the spinning wheels. I made some winter-tests with my RS with and without ASR/ESP. Without is no fun, really.

A further problem with tuning your diesel is the grime (especially on powerbox tuned TDIs). With the time it will pollute the turbine blades of your turbocharger and minimize the power. You should think about it.
